What We’re Looking For
- Licensed California hairstylists with a minimum of 2 years experience (required)
- Passion for the latest hair trends, continued growth, and teamwork
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- Positive attitude and reliabile
- Experience with Davines or other eco-conscious brands (a plus!)
- Social media savvy and excited to build your clientele
Responsibilities
- Provide proessional hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
- Deliver a friendly, memorable guest experience that reflects our brand values
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional station
- Work with front desk and stylists to ensure smooth daily operations
- Stay current on latest hair trends, new techniques, and product knowledge
- Support the team culture through events, education, and client engagement
