To lock in your wedding date, we require a signed bridal agreement and a non-refundable deposit. Once both are received, your date is officially reserved just for you and removed from our availability. Wedding dates are limited and book up quickly, so deposits are accepted on a first come, first served basis. The remaining balance and payment timeline will be outlined in your bridal contract.

A preview is not required, but it is highly recommended whenever possible. Many of our brides travel in from out of town, and we’re very comfortable creating your look the day of based on inspiration photos, your hair type, and a thorough consultation. If you’re unable to schedule a preview, we’ll take extra time leading up to your wedding to discuss your vision, timeline, and any details to make sure you feel confident and taken care of on your big day.

We recommend bringing inspiration photos, any hair accessories, veil, or extensions you plan to wear, and notes about your overall vibe. Previews work best when your hair is worn similarly to how it will be on the wedding day, so arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise discussed.

Yes — we work with extensions and are experienced in styling them as part of your service. You’re welcome to bring your own, or we can assist with ordering extensions with custom color matching during the booking process. Extension pricing is an additional cost, which will be reviewed with you in advance. Extensions are a great option for adding fullness or length, hold a curl beautifully, and are selected to blend seamlessly for a natural finish.

We recommend scheduling your preview 1–3 months before your wedding day. This timing allows plenty of flexibility to fine-tune your look while keeping everything fresh and aligned with your final vision. Please plan for 1.5–2 hours for your preview appointment. This gives us time for a relaxed consultation, creating your look, and making any small adjustments so you feel confident and excited heading into your wedding day.

Timing depends on the number of services booked and the looks chosen. On average, we recommend allowing 45–60 minutes per service. This helps keep the morning flowing smoothly and stress-free. Once your services are finalized, we’ll create a customized wedding day timeline to ensure everyone is ready on time and you can fully enjoy the morning.

We allow additional time at the end of services for a final touch-up for everyone, ensuring each look is polished before you head into your celebration. If you’d like ongoing touch-ups throughout the day, on-site touch-up services are available at an hourly rate and can be added to your booking based on availability and timeline.

Yes! We are based in North County San Diego and happily travel for on-location wedding services. Travel availability and fees vary based on location and date, and will be shared during your booking process.

Minimums vary based on where services take place. For on-location wedding services, we require a minimum of four services, including the bride. We offer bridal group rates for on-location services, which will be shared during the booking process. For in-salon wedding services, we are more flexible and do not require a set service minimum. Bridal group rates are also available for in-salon bookings, and your group will enjoy a VIP private room with complimentary bubbles and curated refreshments for a relaxed, elevated getting-ready experience.
