The Founder
Started by Dana,
built by community
Dana O. opened Station Salon in 2014 on South Coast Highway 101 — a working-class beach block in downtown Encinitas. The idea was simple: make a place where stylists could grow their craft, where guests felt seen, and where products and processes were genuinely better for everyone involved.
Eleven-plus years in, we’ve grown to 18 stylist chairs, a boutique full of clean beauty and California makers, and a Davines concept-salon partnership we’re deeply proud of.
