Station Salon Hair Model Terms & Conditions

Thank you for participating in our Assistant Hair Model Program. By booking and receiving services as a model, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Training Environment

• Services are performed by assistants/apprentices in training under the guidance of licensed stylists.
• The appointment is part of their education and development. Results may vary from standard salon services.

2. Service Limitations

• Hair model services are not guaranteed to meet the same standards as services performed by experienced stylists.
• Timing may be longer than usual to allow for instruction, feedback, and correction.
• Services may be limited in scope depending on the assistant’s training level.

3. Pricing

• Model services are offered at a discounted rate (or complimentary, if specified) to account for the training environment.
• All payments are due at the conclusion of the service.

4. Corrections

• If adjustments are needed, the salon will provide a redo appointment with a licensed stylist at no additional cost, scheduled at the salon’s discretion.
• Refunds are not available for model appointments.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Models must arrive on time with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed.
• Models must disclose their full hair history (color, chemical treatments, extensions, etc.) before services begin.
• Failure to provide accurate information may affect results, and the salon is not responsible for unexpected outcomes.

6. Safety & Consent

• By participating, you acknowledge that all chemical and color services carry some risk (e.g., irritation, breakage, or allergic reaction).
• You consent to being serviced by an assistant in training and release Station Salon and its employees from liability related to the outcome of the service.

7. Photography & Media

• You may be asked to allow photos or videos of your service for training, education, and marketing purposes.
• Please notify us in advance if you do not wish to be photographed.

8. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Because these appointments are tied to the assistant’s training schedule, availability is limited.
• Cancellations or no-shows may result in being removed from the model list.
